I’m passionate about my work and truly honored to share this space with you. My approach is collaborative and adaptable, designed to meet your needs in the way that feels most comfortable and supportive for you. Together, we will tap into your strengths and internal wisdom, while I bring my training, life experience, full attention, curiosity, creativity, and humor to our sessions. Our work will focus on fostering growth, movement, and self-empowerment.
I specialize in supporting individuals navigating life transitions, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, and those seeking to deepen their relationship with themselves. I draw from various modalities, including Internal Family Systems, Interpersonal, Attachment, and Existential perspectives. I also tailor my approach to include other counseling theories depending on your unique needs and style.
For couples, I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an evidence-based approach proven to help partners create greater safety and security in their relationship. EFT is grounded in the science of adult love and bonding, addressing distress in intimate relationships. Research shows that 90% of couples who pursue EFT report significant improvements in understanding their emotional responses and those of their partner. EFT helps build stronger attachment bonds, leading to greater emotional security, more meaningful communication, and better problem-solving.
Reaching out for therapy can feel difficult, but I strive to create a warm, supportive environment where you can feel empowered. My goal is to meet you where you are, help define your goals, and work together to achieve them.
Finding the right counselor is key to successful therapy. If you'd like to explore our compatibility, I offer a 15-minute free consultation to help you decide if we’re a good fit before scheduling a full appointment.
“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”
